Guitar
Instructor - Tony Baker
Tony has been playing and teaching professionally for
35 years. Born and raised in California, at age eleven
he moved to Guadalajara Mexico where he first studied
guitar. Upon returning to the states he studied at Pasadena
City College and jazz with Dave Koonze. He then spent
much of his time touring and recording with a variety
of rock bands most notably the DeFranco Family, the
Drifters, Glenda Griffith, Santa Esmeralda, Joyce Walton,
Hank Harris, Mark Gelphen, and David Stone.
Tony teaches: Classical, Bossa Nova, Jazz, Blues, Country,
Rock, Funk, R&B, Slide Guitar, Finger Style, and
Dobro.
Teaching
Days
Monday-Friday 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
